3. Account Registration and Security

The Platform and Services are intended solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. You may access and use the Content exclusively for your own learning and professional development.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit, post, or share any content on the Platform, including comments, questions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Access to certain Services may require payment of fees. All fees are displayed on the Platform prior to purchase and are stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorise the relevant payment provider to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. We do not store payment card details directly.

Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pervoro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pervoro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pervoro with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
17. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Pervoro to be effective.
