Pervoro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Pervoro responds to claims of copyright infringement and how you may submit a notification of alleged infringement.
1. Notification of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notification ("Takedown Notice") containing the information described below to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a compliant Takedown Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content.
1.1 Required Information
To be effective under applicable law, your Takedown Notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is sufficient.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, a URL or specific page description).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, the complaining party, including a mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We recommend submitting your notice via email for the fastest response. Please include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line.
2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, your Counter-Notification must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may reinstate the removed material in our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law. Please be aware that filing a false Counter-Notification may result in legal liability.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Pervoro maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and/or has had content removed from the platform more than once. Pervoro reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a user qualifies as a repeat infringer and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or permanent termination.
4. Modification of Content
Pervoro reserves the right to modify, remove, or disable access to any content that is alleged to infringe the copyright of any third party, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. We are not obligated to notify users prior to taking such action.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Pervoro acts as a service provider and does not endorse or take responsibility for user-submitted content. By implementing this DMCA Policy, Pervoro does not concede that it is subject to any particular jurisdiction's copyright law, nor does it waive any rights or defences available to it. We expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from the content submitted, posted, or transmitted by users of the platform.
6. Good Faith and Accuracy
Please be advised that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorised licensee, or by a service provider who relies on the misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing.
We strongly encourage you to seek legal advice before submitting a Takedown Notice or Counter-Notification if you are uncertain whether specific material infringes your copyright or whether you have been wrongly accused of infringement.
7. Changes to This Policy
Pervoro reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time and without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
